Today we are going to briefly talk about healthy habits. Healthy Habits can help relieve your mind and body from stress. Unhealthy habits can lead to meantal instability and health problems. So with this being said I hope all my readers take something from todays talk and make healthy habits in your life.

Below I’m going to give you my too 10 Healthy Habits that can lead you too a healthier life

10 Healthy Habits 

(1) Be Physically Active: This can be as little as cleaning or walking down the street 

(2) Eat Plenty Of Vegetables & Some Fruit Everyday

(3) Get Enough Sleep & Eat Breakfast: Not a ig breakfast eater? No problem something like Toast Or a Bagel and juice Is good enough.

(4) Switch To Low Fat (2% or Less) Milk, Cheese and Yogurt 

(5) Do Something Healthy Each Day That Feels Good: Example walking, yogi, bike riding, gratitude walk) 

(6) Drink Water Instead Of Soda

(7) Turn Screens Off For Period Of Day And Go Outside.

(8) Snack On Healthy Foods

(9) Eat Smaller Amounts 

(10) Eat Less Fast Food

  3. Less fast food, and eating smaller amounts sound really good for one end of the health spectrum! But what about people who want to gain weight and stay healthy? I'd love to see post going over the subject!
