Today in Beauty & Self Care we are going to talk about Night Routines. When I say night routine I’m referring to the part that exercises self care.
It’s very Important For You to Take Care Of Yourself, and a night routine is a good way to do that.
A Night Routine doesn’t have to be major. Simply showering, washing your face or brushing your teeth can be a night routine. Below I used my personal Night Routine as an example.
Nique’s Late Night Self Love Routine:
My Night Routine consist of a shower, face cleansing, brushing my teeth, applying a nose strip and brushing my hair
The purpose for a Night Routine is to take care of your mind , body and spirit. So when you’re taking the time to take care of yourself, you’re giving your mind a break or opening the door to clearer thinking.
When you take care of yourself you’re giving your body love. Love can promote more self love and positive self talk. When you take care of yourself you are rejuvenating your spirit and keeping it healthy.
